K-vitamin in Ambronite


Could you specify in your packaging what the split is between K1 and K2 vitamins in Ambronite?

I assume it is 100% K1 but would be great to specify it!

You are right. The vitamin K in Ambronite comes from our nutritious greens, such as our stinging nettle leaf and spinach in which it’s in K1 form.

K2 in vegan products is not as typical, sources including fermented vegetables and natto beans. General recommendations don’t currently distinguish between K1 and K2, and there’s a lot of ongoing research on this front, but nothing decisive yet.
