This episode was massively fun to do - it was recorded on a train into the Finnish wilderness with Ben Greenfield, a New York Times bestselling author, coach, 11-time Ironman, and world renowned biohacker who has been voted America’s #1 Personal Trainer and ranked by Greatist as one of the top 100 Most Influential People In Health And Fitness.
We had just finished a planking competition on the train’s 2nd floor (I lost, but completed the full 4min of the challenge I’d like to say that I finished second).
Ben has been up to a lot of stuff during his own adventure in the world of fitness, performance and biohacking, coaching and being a pro athlete.
But some of the crazy stuff he really did jump into voluntarily, as part of his audacious n=1 experiments that we talk about.
